Welcome to the Ellerslie Flower Show 2005, the Southern Hemisphere’s biggest, brightest and most colourful garden event. We hope that our exceptional line-up of exhibitions, attractions and dazzling works of art will leave you inspired and amazed.

The Ellerslie Flower Show is an extravaganza of colour, design and entertainment – but is also much more than that. As an internationally renowned brand, it annually attracts significant media interest from all over the world.  For the first time, international tourists are able to subscribe to a 21 day Ellerslie Flower Show tour of New Zealand!  Nationally, more than half of our visitors attending the Show come from outside of greater Auckland — evidence of its unique appeal.

Importantly, this icon event serves as a focal point for the horticultural, floral, landscape design and construction businesses to unite and promote the very best they have to offer to markets across the world and within New Zealand.  In support of this, it is our pleasure to provide a platform for the design talent of the future, through initiatives such as the Ellerslie Flower Show Garden Design Travel Scholarship plus the tertiary and school sector design and horticultural competitions held in conjunction with the Show every year.
